Our own Ms. Bety was recently presented with the "Above and Beyond Award" from the Community Advisory Committee for Special Education. She was one of five people to receive this award for her contributions in outstanding ways, above and beyond the usual expectations, to students receiving special education services in the San Diego Unified School District. Way to go, Ms. Bety!
